Our Parkour Rookies class teaches and builds on the fundamentals of Parkour, free running & tricking. This course will prepare students to learn and apply all the movements necessary for Athletes to get through set obstacles set up safely. Athletes will also be working on increasing overall flexibility, fitness, air awareness, and body control.
SKILLS TAUGHT: Precision, plyometrics, strides, rolls, ghost step, handstands, kong, speed, reverse, dash, wall runs, climbing, tic-tac, cat grab, safety lands, all 4 bar grips, swings, butterfly kicks, dismount back, dismount front, and pullovers.
